Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website (reynaaday.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. These terms apply to all visitors and do not constitute or establish a therapeutic or professional relationship, which requires a separate formal agreement.
Scope of Services
Dr. Reyna Aday offers the following services through her practice: (1) Licensed Clinical Services: Individual therapy, EMDR therapy, and sex therapy. These are licensed clinical services provided under FL LMHC #MH17063 and multi-state LPC licensure. A formal therapeutic relationship is established only through a signed informed consent agreement. (2) Non-Clinical Services: Somatic wellness sessions, executive coaching, and keynote speaking. These services are educational and coaching in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
Important: Coaching vs. Therapy Distinction
Executive coaching and somatic wellness sessions offered through this practice are not psychotherapy and are not a substitute for mental health treatment. These services do not establish a therapist-client relationship, are not covered by insurance as clinical services, and are not subject to the same legal protections as licensed therapy (e.g., HIPAA-protected confidentiality). If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical treatment, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Telehealth Services
Dr. Aday provides telehealth services to clients located in Florida, New Jersey, Texas, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. Engaging in telehealth services requires your informed consent regarding the nature, limitations, and inherent risks of electronic communication in a clinical context. Telehealth services are not appropriate for all clinical situations. In the event of a crisis, please contact emergency services (911) or the 988 Lifeline.
No Emergency Services
This website and its contact channels are not monitored 24/7 and should not be used in emergency situations. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
